01 — The challenge

What did the client need?

Finovative Gulf advises people in the UAE on personal loans, debt consolidation, home loans, and business finance. The public site had to explain those products and take a consultation request. Behind that, every enquiry had to land in one place and be shared with the banks, instead of sitting in an inbox that nobody could track.

02 — The solution

What did we build?

We revamped finovativegulf.com around the products they actually sell: personal loans, debt consolidation, buyout loans, home loans, business loans, business accounts, company setup, and non-resident accounts. The consultation form asks for the name, email, phone, monthly salary, and the service. That submission is the lead. The CRM receives it and shares it with the banks, so the team can see who applied and which bank the lead went to.

03 — Key features

What's inside

The website

01

Product pages

Personal loans, debt consolidation, buyout loans, home loans, business loans, business accounts, company setup, and non-resident accounts.

02

Consultation form

Name, email, phone, monthly salary, and the service they want to discuss. A WhatsApp path sits beside the form.

03

How it works

The page walks through filling the form, talking to an advisor, and reaching an offer.

04

EMI calculator

A loan calculator for amount, tenure, and rate, so a visitor can see a monthly figure before they apply.

05

Reviews and questions

Google reviews and a short FAQ sit on the same page as the products.

The CRM

01

Lead intake

Every consultation submission is received as a lead, not left as an unread email.

02

Shared with banks

The CRM passes the lead on to the banks so the application can be considered.

03

One record

The advisor can see the enquiry that came from the site and where it was shared.
