01 — The challenge

What did the client need?

IT Lobby has sold Xiaomi and POCO devices in Iraq since 2014, through its own shops, Xiaomi stores in Erbil's malls and a long list of retail partners. Customers needed one place to see the latest phones, find the nearest store and understand the warranty, repair and exchange rules, in the language they actually read. Behind the counter, products, customers, repairs and stock had to be tracked across several branches without spreadsheets drifting apart.

02 — The solution

What did we build?

We built itlobby.co as a fast React site in English, Arabic and Kurdish, with a catalog organised by series and category, a store locator by city with maps, and plain customer service pages for warranty, repairs and exchanges. Alongside it we built a custom CRM where the IT Lobby team manages the catalog the website shows, customer records and leads, repair and warranty tickets, and each store's sales and stock.

03 — Key features

What's inside

The website

01

Three languages

English, Arabic and Kurdish (Sorani) with a one-tap switcher, so customers across Iraq read the site in their own language.

02

Product catalog

Phones and devices grouped by series and category: Redmi, Xiaomi, tablets, earbuds, watches, bands, TVs, vacuums and monitors.

03

Store locator

Stores listed by city with address, phone and an embedded map, from IT Lobby's own shops to Xiaomi stores in Erbil's malls.

04

Customer service pages

Clear rules for in-warranty repairs, out-of-warranty repairs and exchanges, so customers know what to expect before they visit.

The CRM

01

Catalog management

The team adds and edits products and categories in the CRM, and the website shows the same data.

02

Customers and leads

One record per customer, with enquiries and follow-ups kept in one place instead of scattered chats.

03

Repairs and warranty

Every device is logged from drop-off to pickup and tagged as in warranty, out of warranty or exchange.

04

Stores, sales and stock

Each branch has its own view of sales and stock, so managers can see where devices are and what is running low.
