Shade finder
Shoppers match a shade on the product instead of guessing from a flat swatch.

Tech stack
01 — The challenge
Rose Inc sells a clean beauty range where shade is the decision. On a phone, a static swatch is not enough: shoppers need to match a shade, try it, and understand refills and routines without the store turning into a noisy marketplace. The brand also needed subscriptions, loyalty and education to sit inside a quiet, luxury layout.
02 — The solution
We built a Shopify Plus storefront in Liquid. A shade finder and virtual try-on sit on the product, a refillable product system and sustainability view explain the routine, and subscriptions with auto-replenish plus a loyalty program bring people back. Klaviyo, Gorgias and Yotpo handle email, support and reviews. The theme is mobile-first and was tuned to a 1.9 second page load.
03 — Key features
Shoppers match a shade on the product instead of guessing from a flat swatch.
Try-on is part of the product view, so the decision happens before the cart.
The refill system is merchandised with the product, not hidden in a separate collection.
A dashboard shows the sustainability story next to the routine, in the same quiet layout as the rest of the store.
Auto-replenish for products people reorder, managed on Shopify Plus rather than as a side checkout.
A customer loyalty program tied to the same account that places the order.
Editors publish product education without breaking the luxury layout.
The theme is designed for the phone first. Mobile sales were the largest movement after launch.
