Software & AI
AI development that does the work, not just the talking.
We build AI agents that pick up a real task, like a refund request, an order question or a supplier invoice. They check your data, follow your rules and update Shopify or your ERP. When an agent isn't sure, it hands the case to a person with everything they need to decide.
// understand
We start with your operations and data, not with a template.
// architect
Systems designed to connect, scale and stay maintainable.
// engineer
Shipped as production software your team owns and can run.
01 — What we build
What does AI development include?
Task agents
One agent, one clear job: checking a refund, answering "where's my order?", or pulling line items out of a supplier invoice. We write down exactly which tools it can use.
Answers grounded in your data
The agent reads your orders, policies, tickets and product data before it responds. If the answer isn't in your data, it says so instead of guessing.
Rules your team can read
Every case ends as approve, escalate or decline, and each outcome maps to an action your systems already support. Your ops team can read the rules and change them.
Human review, built in
Unclear cases land in a review queue with the order, the policy and the agent's reasoning attached, so nobody has to start from scratch.
Actions in Shopify and your ERP
Refunds, order tags, notes, credit notes and ticket updates, called through the same verified integrations we would build for any other system.
Audit trail and testing
A record of what the agent looked at, what it decided and who stepped in. We test it against your past cases before it touches live ones.
02 — How it works
How does an AI agent work inside your business?
Something happens
ticket · order · schedule
A new ticket, a paid order, a webhook or a scheduled check starts the job.
It gathers the facts
orders · policies · history
The agent pulls only what its role allows: the order, the relevant policy, the customer's history.
It decides within your rules
LLM + written rules
A language model reads the case. Your written rules decide what it is allowed to do about it.
It acts in your systems
Shopify · ERP · helpdesk
Approved actions run in Shopify, your ERP or your helpdesk, and every call is logged.
A person steps in when unsure
review queue
Anything outside the rules waits for a person, with the context already attached.
03 — When you need it
Do you need custom AI, or is a chatbot enough?
A chat widget answers questions. A custom AI agent changes things in the systems you already run: it issues the refund, updates the order, writes the ERP note. Here's a quick way to tell which one you need.
| Question | A chatbot is enough | You need AI development |
|---|---|---|
| What it can touch | A chat window and whatever the vendor indexed. | Named tools you approve: order lookup, refunds, ticket updates, ERP notes. |
| When it isn't sure | It answers anyway. | It stops and hands the case to a person, with the context attached. |
| Where the rules live | Buried in a prompt. | Written as rules your operations team can read and change. |
| How you judge it | Chat volume and satisfaction scores. | Cases handled correctly, cases escalated, and the reasons why. |
| Who owns it | The vendor. | You do: the workflow, the logs and the code. |

05 — FAQ
AI development questions, answered
What do you need from us before we start?
Three things: a real process you want to hand over, access to the systems it touches, and the decisions a person is allowed to make today. We start from your process, not from picking a model.
Will the AI agent take actions on its own?
Only the actions we agree on in the design. Anything outside that list, or anything your rules mark as uncertain, waits for a person to approve it.
How do you stop the AI from making things up?
The agent answers from your data, not from memory. It looks up the order, policy or document first, and if the information isn't there it escalates instead of guessing. We also test it against your past cases before launch.
Can it work with Shopify and our ERP at the same time?
Yes. Shopify and your ERP become tools the agent can call. Underneath, the integration layer still verifies webhooks, retries failed calls and logs every request.
Which AI models do you use?
We choose the model to fit the task, the cost and your data rules, and we keep exact work such as amounts and stock levels in plain code. The design doesn't lock you into one model provider.
Is our customer data safe?
Each agent only reads the data its job needs, and access is set tool by tool. We follow your retention rules and can keep sensitive fields out of model calls entirely.
How long does an AI development project take?
It depends on how many systems the agent touches and how clearly the process is defined today. We size it during discovery and share a written scope and estimate before any build starts.
Who owns the code and the prompts?
You do. Prompts, decision rules, integration code and logs are handed over as part of the project, not locked inside a platform you can't see into.
