What did the client need?
The existing store could take an order, but every change depended on a plugin stack nobody wanted to upgrade. Moving the theme without the URLs and the catalog would have thrown away the part that was working.
02 — The solution
What did we build?
The catalog was mapped and imported in a rehearsal. URLs that still mattered were redirected. The cutover had a window, a delta import, and a list of checks before the domain moved.
